Cosplay @AGS – ENHANCED and WILDER THAN EVER!

There are plenty of opportunities for “Cosers” to demonstrate their talent at the show with enhanced facilities including dedicated performance area’s and photo stations designed to achieve celebrity status. Perhaps a little known fact is that AGS Hosted more than 3,000 “Cosers” last year alone and that number is expected to increase dramatically as a result of the new program designed with “Cosers” in mind. “Cosers” can also showcase their skill and specialty at the Cosplay Talent Contest @ AGS, party and parade, or learn from Singaporean Cosplay expert “Reno Tan” who will conduct two seminars on Cosplay skill sharing with live “transform” demonstration. Absolutely AWESOME!

Board Game and Family Zone – NEW- FIRST TIME EVER!

Not all games need an on-off switch. Supported by “Hong Kong Board Game Professional Associations” and “Hong Kong Board Game Society, this is truly a place for board game lovers to network and to challenge each other’s skills.There are board game demonstrations to sharpen your techniques and an opportunity to reacquaint yourself with familiar games of the past, and the new board games of the future. This Zone is designed for all levels and all ages.

More than 60% of AGS attendees are young parents. We have created a Zone where parents and adults can both enjoy gaming together. Where “edutainment” is encouraged and enjoying fun and family-friendly games is a priority. No need to check the ratings in this Zone…it’s all kid-friendly with a chance to learn something too!

Classic Video Games Exhibition– NEW – FIRST TIME EVER!

Take a walk down “Memory Lane” to revisit with those old friends that kept us amused for hours with their simplicity; when watching a bouncing ball was the highlight of your day. Once upon a time these games were occupying “early gamer’s” minds and soul. We have them all; 9 Classical Video Games will be here to jolt your memories of a better time. Did We Say HOT??!!  J-Pop Performances – NEW – FIRST TIME EVER!

There is “red hot” and then there is “white hot” and then again there is “volcanic eruption hot:” we have her; we are the ONLY ones to have her because she has never done a game show and the only place you can see her is in concert!!! May Nakabayashi (May’N) will be there to perform her hit songs at AGS 2012.This is her debut performance at a game show.May’N friends will also get up close with her fans at the autographing session on the show floor. And; it doesn’t end there. Also headlining are: Yuka Nann, Kanako Ito, and Shuhei Kita.

Ladies Zone – ENHANCED and VERY DIFFERENT!!

Exclusive for ladies “only.” Ladies of all ages now have an opportunity to escape the “fantasies” of gaming madness, and turn in their 3D glasses for some “reality” pampering.What a treat… from make-up and make-up tips, arts and crafts, or simply a place to rest.
