The Wine Society of Macau, created in December of 1995 and whose membership currently exceeds 200 wine connoisseurs, organizes regular tastings of wines from all World regions in order to foster the appreciation and moderate consumption of wine in Macau.

DOC DMC Macau offers comprehensive services to corporate clients and organizing committees that want to travel or organize events in Macau, Hong Kong and neighboring mainland China.

Many clients ask us what DOC stands for? Some even ask us about the Chinese Translation…

DOC is a certificate of Origin and Quality used in the wine industry in Southern Europe. In Italy “Denominazione di origine controllata”, in Portugal “Denominação de Origem Controlada”, in Spain “Denominación de Origen”. DOC stands for quality, authenticity and standard that are recognized by consumers and the overall wine industry... This is what we at DOC stand for!
