Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made before July 15, 2013 will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the full booth price. For cancellations made after July 15, 2013, the organizing committee reserves the right to retain the full booth price, not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages and to re-sell or re-assign the booth space.
