The 15th World Federation of Tourist Guide Association Convention (WFTGA 2013), scheduled by Macau Tourist Guide Association (MTGA), is to be held at Galaxy Macau Function Room from Jan.14 to Jan.18, 2013.

In 2011, Macau Tourist Guide Association (MTGA) had held the 14th WFTGA, with a theme of ¨Cultural & Heritage Unlimited * Macau & China". Thelectures and workshops will not only focus on Macau & China, but other Asian and western countries as well. We will organize sharing sessions for participants to exchange experience and ideas.

The Macau Tourist Association (MATGA) which was registered in May 2002 and established in July, has been duly developing its business in accordance with its aim. We have reinforced the union and communication of our tourist guide members, as well as the coalition and co-operation of the other guide associations in other parts of the world. Moreover, it has also spent great efforts in promoting the tourist guides' professional development and made good relations with the Macau Government and the different walks of the Macau society.
