CJICE 2012 - China (Jiangsu) International Catering Expo 2012

For the sake of further promotion of our province’s dining industry chain construction, encouragement of docking exchange between the suppliers and the dining industry and, leading the way of Jiangsu dining profession’s steady development, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce and other departments concerned have determined to organize CJICE 2012 – China (Jiangsu) International Catering Expo 2012 and the concurrent The 7th Innovative Cuisine Cooking Skills Contest of Jiangsu Province, with of the aims of prospering the Jiangsu dining market, promoting the Jiangsu dining industry’s popularity and influence at home and abroad, forging the Jiangsu dining enterprise brands and eventually, devoting efforts and contributions to the expansion of domestic demand and structure reforming.

PREVIOUS EVENT REVIEW

CJICE 2011 had been held successfully at the Zhongcai Convention and Exhibition Centre of the Nanjing Agricultural Products Wholesale Market on December 26-28, 2011. There were 206 exhibitors inclusive of the well-known restaurant brands, leading agricultural enterprises and suppliers of specialty food ingredients, hotel supplies and energy-saving environmental protection products. The show had attracted 12,756 visitors coming to visit and purchase onsite.
