1. Exhibition Background

 

2012 is the important year connecting the implementation of the "12th Five-Year Plan", the whole country is implementing the "National Economic and Social Development Twelfth Five-Year Plan", further implementing the "State Council’s decisions on accelerating the development of new strategic industries" (Guo Fa [2010] No. 32).Under the strong traction of smart phone, tablet PC, smart grid, smart transportation, smart city and other emerging applications, and in the mobile Internet era with application innovation, business model innovation and technological innovation as the main driving force of the industry, the Chinese semiconductor market will be much broader.

 

2012 is the 10th anniversary of China International Semiconductor Exhibition and Forum (IC China), in there ten years, IC China as the platform for industry exchange, achievement display and window for international cooperation, powerful pushed the development of China's semiconductor industry. We should sum up experience, improve the quality of IC China, and serve the industrial development better; China's semiconductor industry will have a more brilliant future.

3. Forum and Seminar

 

"IC China 2012" will continue following the practice of exhibition and seminars, and do efforts to build platform for communication or discussion. We should implement the details of “the Policies that further encourage the software industry and integrated circuit industries” (Guo Fa [2011] 4) seriously, highlight the concept of market leading, innovation and the development of bigger and stronger companies. "IC China 2012" Forum and Seminar will focus on and discuss the following topics:

3.1 The decade of the Industry and future development

3.2 Industrial policy environment

3.3 The major special projects’ scientific and technological progress

3.4 Successful applications of new technologies, new products examples in the national economy

3.5 Introduce develop by well-known enterprises

In addition, the exhibition site will also arrange market information briefings, technology and product promotion release briefings, enterprise information briefings, and investment promotion meeting and so on.

 

4. The Tenth Anniversary Celebration of “IC China”

 

To celebrate success of the tenth anniversary of "IC China", during the international dinner reception in exhibition, the awards will be given to "Excellent Enterprise", "advanced exhibitors ", "Outstanding Organization ", and "Corporate Partnership Award".

The anthology will be published in celebration of the exhibition and exhibitors album.

 

5. Exhibition Scope

 

IC design and product, IC design tools and services; Chip manufacturing; Encapsulation testing; Special equipment and parts; Semiconductor materials; Environmental control and cleaning technology; Applications of integrated circuits and solutions. Discrete semiconductor device; Semiconductor photoelectric device, Power components, The sensors, LED technology and related products; The semiconductor and related product marketing services; Flat panel display, Automobile electronics, Audio and video products, Energy-saving devices, etc.

 

6. The Exhibition Fee

 

Superior area (red region): RMB 1800/m2 (at least 36 m2, include 36 m2 bare space)

Priority area (yellow region): RMB 1500/m2 (at least 36 m2, include 36 m2 bare space)

Standard booth (blue region): RMB 13500/9 m2

 

 

7. Discount Measures

 

Thanks to exhibitors support for “IC China”, and adheres to the service principle, the organizing committee put forward the following discount measures for the “IC China” exhibitors.

 

7.1 Booth fee discount (According with the conditions can enjoy repeatedly)

 

(1) Any member of the China Semiconductor Industry Association and the onetime IC China exhibitors can enjoy 10% discount.

(2) The exhibitors with physical exhibits can enjoy 10% discount.

(3) The exhibitors with booth area above 36 m2 can enjoy 10% discount.

 

7.2 Audience data and information

 

The exhibitors according with the following conditions can get the previous IC China audience’s data and information (free):

(1)The exhibitors attend IC China at least four times accumulatively (include the 2010 exhibition).

(2) The exhibitors attend IC China at least three times consecutively (including the 2010 exhibition).

(3)The exhibitors attend IC China at least two times consecutively and with booth area above 36 m2 on average.

 

7.3 On-site meeting room

The exhibitors have booth area above 36 m2 (include 36 m2) can schedule a conference about products, technology, and investment information in on-site meeting room for free.

 

8. The Exhibition Procedures

 

8.1 Registration: please fill in the application form on the attachment, and fax back to organizers.

8.2 Pay exhibition fee: pay exhibition fee follow the confirmation note from the organizer after submitting the application form.

8.3 Confirm exhibition: the specific booth area will be confirmed when the exhibition fee all come into the authorized account.

 

9. Exhibition Instruction

 

9.1 Register time: from January 10(2012) to exhibition full.

 

9.2 Exhibitors should guarantee all the exhibits or promotional items will not infringe the third-party’s registered trademarks, copyright, design, name, or patent in any form. If it has any breach of this warranty, the exhibitor should be liable for the corresponding legal responsibility and consequences, the organizer and its agents will not be liable for the joint responsibility.

 

9.3 The exhibits must comply with the exhibition’s theme and scope, otherwise the organizer reserve the right to refuse the exhibits, and the exhibitors should remove the illegal exhibits, publicity material, decorations and all other objects, and close all the on-site booth immediately, all losses should be borne by exhibitors. At that time, the booth fee already paid will not be refunded. If the behaviors of exhibitors damage the exhibition image, the organizer has the right to ask for compensation

 

9.4 Standard booth: 9 m2 area, and related facilities (including: 3 white panels, display panel in Chinese and English, carpet, 2 spot lamps, 2 chairs and 1 table, 1 wastebasket, 1 power socket ( 220V / 5A)).

 

9.5 Series of activities such as the “Excellent Products Competitions” will be continue, hope all the exhibitors pay attention to the information on exhibition website, and submit the relevant documents according to the proposed requirements and conditions.
