China Xiamen Machinery and Electronics Exhibition (CXMEE), authorized by China’s Ministry of Commerce, is jointly organized by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronics Products, the Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers Association, the Xiamen Municipal People’s Government. It takes place in Xiamen, China on April 8-11 annually.

CXMEE is the largest machinery and electronics exhibition jointly organized by both sides across the Straits. The 14th CXMEE in 2010 attracted more than 900 enterprises and provided a record number of 2,500 international standard booths (including over 300 for Taiwanese enterprises). It drew over 30,000 visitors from 31 countries and territories, including about 5,000 overseas visitors, most of whom were from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East.

The 15th CXMEE will feature 2,800 international standard booths in an exhibition space of 65,000 square meters. It will showcase machine tools, engineering machinery, packaging and food machinery, instruments and industrial controls, industrial moulds, pumps, valves and materials, and energy-saving lighting in six specialized exhibition areas.

Domestic and overseas mechanical and electronic enterprises are welcome to take part in CXMEE to explore business opportunities!

I. Exhibition Agenda

April 4th ~ 6th 09:00-17:00
(1) Head of exhibitors register at: “Exhibitor Registration Counter” of Guest Registration Center, Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center (South Side of Hall A);
(2) Receive the Exhibition Pass from the Exhibition Affairs Team and the Booth Setup and Dismantling Pass (deposit required) from Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center.
April 4th ~ 7th 08:30-17:00 Booth setup by exhibitors.
April 7th 12:00 Inspection of booth setup at all exhibition halls by the Exhibition Affairs Team.
April 7th 17:00 Closing of the exhibition center for security check.
April 8th 9:00 Opening ceremony.
April 8th ~ 11th Exhibition and business talks.
April 11th 15:00 Booth dismantling.

II. Exhibition Schedule
Opening Hours: 9:00a.m. ~ 5:00p.m (no break at noon
Booth staff has to access the Exhibition Center from the east side door (near the sea) and get the booths prepared 30 minutes prior to the opening of the Exhibition Center, and to leave within 30 minutes after its closing each day.
