Theme: Citius, Altius, Fortius: appraising clinical excellence, nurturing eminent practice

Co-organized by the School of Pharmacy, Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, the 12th Asian Conference on Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP 2012) will be held on 7th - 9th July 2012 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC).

Throughout the years, Asian Confernece on Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) has been dedicated to promote clinical pharmacy practice, education and research in Asia. We shall continue to aim for a higher and stronger clinical pharmacy profession. The organizing committee has been working hard to prepare an exciting program for you at the ACCP 2012.
